#70 Broblem loading http://localhost/opensis-ce/install/index.php

Hello, I have problems installing OpenSIS to my computer. 1) I followed the instructions, installed Bitnami stack 2) I unzipped opensis folder to wampstack - 5.4.28-0/apache2/htdocs. 3) But after that when I try to go to http://localhost/opensis-ce/install/index.php - it either says 'NOT found', or the page keeps on loading for a long time and after that shows me this message: 'Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete' (I checked my cookies settings - everything should be working, but it doesn't)

I'm missing something but I don't know what as it's all new and unfamiliar for me. Please help me.
