#13 Student Birth Year not going back far enough

When a student is created the birth year goes back 20 years. However, once the student is created, if you attempt to modify the Birth year it only allows give a range of the previous 5 years instead of 20 years.

Typically the birthdate is entered when the user was created but in this case the admin only had access to the names and grades and was forced (see #2836981) to enter a birthday which she entered as Jan 1, 2009 and when she went back to change the birthdate it would only allow her to select back to 2004.

    if the date is set to 2004 and saved does it when you check again behave differently?

    Yes, if I set the date for 2004 then I can save the student and it will then allow me to go back another 5 years. However, this is not consistent with how the birthdate works when adding a new student and requires "additional" work to make a change.

    For adding or Modifying student , Student's Birth Year has been set to "1911 to 2029"
