OSBC is not currently SIP-T compliant.   This is on our radar screen, but yet on the roadmap.

SIP-T support requires a very big change in the SIP Parser to support 
binary data to be attached with a multi-part body.   This feature is 
planned to be supported and would be expected to be in the pipeline.  I 
just do not know when exactly.
