Is there any document related to the OSS phone dev using vc++ (2008). I need
to what are the functions are there and how to use that.

you are asking about atlsip softphone API
but i suggested you yesterday to use the object browser in Visual Studio 
otherwise check the auto completion feature in visual studio
i built mine through this
