Hi,

I want to develop the sip client using open sip stack on windows xp using
vc++ 6. Can any one share any document related that.

download atlsip binary or source code
compile it
build a mfc or atl project
plug the activeX control into your main form or use code only
go with the activeX and your phone will by up

He said VC6.  I am quite sure ATLSIP will not compile in VC6. That is 
just too old.  You would probably have better results with PJSIP
