[OpenSIPStack] Sending RTP

Which method actually sends  rtp packet ?  I have a problem with sending  a
stream. I can open a connction but there is no data flow.
In order to send rtp, which is the method responsible for sending a packet?
actually any packet, even a empty one ( I am interested for simulations)
