[ATLSIP] opensipstack-atlsip

Hello Sir,
                
            I have been trying to use
 OpenSIPStack and while Opening the altsip.sln in VS-2008, the Solution
Explorer is showing the following:OpenSIPStack(unavailable ) and in the Conversion report it shows :Failed to upgrade project
file 'C:\opensipstack\OpenSIPStack-7.10.vcproj'.
Please make sure the file exists and is not write-protected. after
compilation of file i got 51 errors and 48 errors belong to form1.h
Please Suggest something ,i think its Basically of unavailabilty
of the above files.
 
* Is this problem of SDK. 
Kindly suggest.
