OSSTest project file is just an internal project we use to test blocks 
of code every now and then.   You don't need it to actually compile 
OpenSBC so you can safely remove it from the solution.

That's the tray icon for the OpenSBC service which shouold not be doing 
anything.   I remember I removed that thing in the default build.   It 
might have been accidentally reactivated.   I will check on it.
