[OpenSIPStack] TCP, TLS and secure RTP status?

Hi.

Can someone clarify the status of the implementations for TCP, TLS and secu=
re RTP for me please?
After looking at the code I noticed TCP was disabled by default, TLS does s=
eem to have a header only and no actual implementation / use.
Didn't find any info on whether the stack supports secure RTP at all or not=
 (apart from some encrypted flag ..)
