I'm not sure whether a formal document exists for the same or not but as an avid user, I've followed this list closely. Eric replied with the following to a similar request on this mailing list some time back:- "OpenSBC is being used in stable production environments by several service providers that we know of. At Solegy alone, OpenSBC handles transactions for hundreds of thousands of end users and processes millions of call attempts daily. The capacity of a single instance will vary depending on your usage scenario, however you can expect an instance running on an avaerage server (in B2BUA mode with media proxy enabled) to handle several hundred concurrent calls and many thousands of registered users. Higher capacities may be achieved by using load-balancing techniques. If you are interested in a commercial support arrangement from the people that created OpenSBC, Solegy offers several options check here: http://www.opensourcesip.org:8080/clearspacex/docs/DOC-1000 I hope that helps.
