Hi Last stable release is 1.1.4  (OpenSBC)  1.1.7 (OpenSIPStack).  These 
are available in the download sections.    However CVS is worth a try.  
We try our best to not to introduce new bugs in CVS that would affect 
the previous released functionality.   My advise is to go with CVS
