[OpenSIPStack] Testing of Refer and NOTIFY

Good day,

I'm testing opensbc refer functionality and NOTIFY. The sip client is =
replying 400 messages. I looked on the packet and found out that the =
content-length from the NOTIFY message is incorrect. The last \r\n was =
not counted.=20
