[OpenSIPStack] Bug In Messaging

Hello ,
   
  I found a bug on messaging using OpenSBC. It only recognizes 4 character account number. Meaning if the account is less than 4 characters it cannot receive chat message but it can send to a 4 character or higher account numbers. 
   
  Example that cannot receive messages: sip:1...@ta... or sip:12...@ta... or sip:12...@ta...
   
  Could you check why? Thanks
