Hi,

Looks like this really is ATLSIP's fault. The password is not included 
in the Proxy Authorization hash. If you really need this now, a quick 
fix would be calling ATLSIP->InitializeSIP() prior to making a call. 
I'll try to come up with a better solution and check it in later.
