Vamsi,

I am running out of ideas here.  I have counter checked your values with 
mine and my watch window shows me exactly the same values  with the 
screen shot you sent.   I will try posting this problem to the openh323 
list and lets see what they say.  BTW, I've tried compiling without 
P_HAS_QOS and it compiled fine by linking to wsock32.lib but I 
encountered runtime errors with this flag unset so its not a good idea 
altogether.
