Hi Martin,

As of release 1.1.1, opensipstack goes with a built in version of PWLIB 
and OPAL.   This is to ensure that opensipstack compiles well regardless 
of the activities in the openh323 group.  Updates of pwlib/opal 
dependecies  is scheduled every three months.  Last update was three 
weeks ago.  Do you find any reason why  we should upgrade  now to 1.11.1?
