It's been a while since I last touched the windows build.  You are gonna 
have to make sure that you set the proper path in the configure script 
where the DnsAPI resides.  The configure script are batch files in the 
opensipstack directory.  Edit it per your requirements or you may run 
configure script manually with your own paths
