[ATLSIP] The IPv4/v6 dual stack support

I have one question about the opensip stack:

Whether this sip stack supporting IPv4、IPv6 dual-stack receiving spontaneously?
I mean whether the Sip messages from IPv4 and IPv6 hosts can be received at the same
time？
