No, I haven't needed to do subscribes with my MWI implementation. With the new MWI code that joegen put in samples, it there an event that can be used in a WaitForXXX in place of the Sleep that he has - like maybe the two events that fire OnTimerExpire and the client OnIncomingSIPMessage?
