Hi Robert,

This error will appear if two UDP listeners share the same binding in 
the same box.  Example: you have two or more OSBC instances running in 
the same box using the same listener port.   If this is you case you may 
change your binfing in the General parameters and set the port 
accordingly so that they are different in all you OSBC instance.
