There is currently no SVN repository for OpenSIPStack.  You need to use 
tortoise CVS client.  not SVN.

CVSROOT 
:pserver:ano...@op...:/cvsroot/opensipstack

Protocol:  Password server (:pserver:)
Server:  opensipstack.cvs.sourceforge.net
Respository Folder: /cvsroot/opensipstack
User name:  anonymous

Module:  opensipstack
Module: opensbc
