We have OpenSBC in production serving a multitude of NATed UAs. Are you using RFC 1918 compliant addressing like 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1? There is currently a known bug in OpenSBC where it fails to refresh registrations with tge upper-reg overtime. I am currently developing a registration test tool just for this purpose.
