[OpenSBC] Interoperability Issue - Metaswitch and Microsoft Response Point

Interoperabililty issue with Metaswitch and Microsoft Response point - unable to have multiple DIDs on a SIP Trunk. Has anyone configured Response Point with the Metaswitch and if so, please explain how to configure multiple DIDs on a SIP trunk. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
