[ATLSIP] How to install ATLSIP v 1.1.0

Hi, 


I just unpacked  the atlsip_src-1.1.0.zipinto a folder and tried to compile it using MS-VC-2005 , it come with following errors, has anyone tried this before? whats the best compiler for this package?
