[OpenSIPStack] OpenSBC 1.1.5 RC1 released

Hi Everyone,

I am proud to announce that we have published the first release 
candidate for OpenSBC 1.1.5.  Source bundle and Windows installer for 
this release can be found in the download section of opensipstack.org ( 
http://www.opensipstack.org/downloads.html ) and the open source sip 
forum site ( http://www.opensourcesip.org:8080/clearspacex/docs/DOC-1001 ).
