[OpenSIPStack] Upper Registration will be temporarily broken in CVS

Hi Everyone,

I have recently committed code for shared line appearance (SLA) that 
would render upper registration to temporarily not function (Local Reg 
should be ok).  This is just temporarily until I've committed the 
revised code for upper reg which is anticipated to be completed by 
tomorrow.
