Hi Robert,

OpenSIPStack windows build is only available as a static library at this 
point.  Of course you may painstakingly DLLEXPORT the classes but that 
will be quite a challenge.   Your best bet would be to implement a 
simple wrapper just like the SoftPhoneInterface for the ATLSIP COM DLL.
