[OpenSIPStack] DLL Compile?

Hi,

I am looking for a SIP DLL.  I found the OpenSIPStack but havn't had time to play around with it yet.  Could someone just tell me if it compiles to a DLL or not?

I'm going to use it in Delphi, and as such a DLL would be nice to use (don't have C++ experiance).
