[OpenSBC] Question about limiting sessions

in trying to limit the total calls that get sent to a particular gateway, i created this b2bua route:


 [sip:5551212@*;max-session=50] sip:192.168.1.1


my question is whether incompleted calls will be counted as part of the session limit.  that is, if i get 50 simultaneous call attempts that all be rejected by the gateway 192.168.1.1, what will happen to the 51st simultaneous call?
