It would be useful to do changes on locally generated requests ACK and CANCEL (by tm module), like changing URI or display name in From or To headers.

    It should also catch replies to requests generated from tm (like t_replicate()), right?

    t_replicate() is not generating a new request, but it proxies a received request. But on the other hand, the internal generated ACK and CANCELs should be caught by the route - there is already a feature request opened on this.
