#359 Dialog context:: vars not there after restart

modules (454)

I'm currently using store_dlg_var("name", "value"), not problem there, but I noticed when I restart that there variable was not read back in. dlg_list_ctx show nothing for context after restart.

    Before I restart, I looked at the DB and the column vars does contain the variables.

    Hello Patrick,

    I have just committed a little fix for the dialog module. Please update your sources, build and try again.
    Let mo know if the problem persists.

    Not sure if I grabbed the right code. Here is what I used to get my copy of 1.6

    svn co https://opensips.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/opensips/branches/1.6 opensips_1_6

    If that is where you applied the patch, then no, it isn't working. when I issue a
    fifo dlg_list_ctx
    command, the context is blank for the dialogs.

    I did see an update to several of the files when I did an update

    U modules/dialog/dlg_db_handler.c
    U modules/dialog/dlg_handlers.c
    U modules/load_balancer/lb_data.c
    U modules/acc/acc_logic.c
    U modules/acc/acc_logic.h
    U modules/acc/acc_mod.c
    U modules/acc/acc.c
    U modules/benchmark/doc/benchmark_devel.xml
    U modules/benchmark/README
    Updated to revision 7795.

    Is that correct?

    value:: accX_log = ^F
    value:: accX_leg =
    value:: accX_core = ^F
    value:: accX_created = <<9B>wM
    value:: avariable = 51137

    this is what I see normally, after a restart

    dialog:: hash=

    So I am loosing my stored variable.

    that's the output of uname -a (just in case)

    Sorry, my mistake. My make update didn't overwrite the old version. I've fixed that and I'm retesting. Ignore previous posts from today.

  • Patrick Ferguson

    Ok, after confirming Opensips is running the correct SVN version, it is fixed.

    conext:: values are reloaded after restart

    Thank you for confirming, I will close this bug now.
