#1 Various text revisions

This patch corrects some grammar and spelling of various bits of text throughout revision 22 of the software.

There is one change in particular that you might want to check, to make sure it doesn't break anything.

Specifically, I'm not sure whether the array $Months in admin/sites/loginscreenmanager.php is just for output, or if it is checked by something else. If the latter, you may wish to ignore that change.
