[Opensimpx-development] WinCvs

Ok I downloaded WinCvs. So how exactly do I translate the command
"
export CVS_RSH=ssh

cvs -z3 
-d:ext:dev...@cv...:/cvsroot/opensimpx co 
modulename
"

which is what you would at the command line to wincvs menu actions,etc.?

Also do we create a jar file each time we make a build, if not we should.
