For windows rename the netasolrc file to netasol.cnf.  Put this file in the
folder where you are organizing everything, like opensimpx.  In the opensimpx
folder you can have images, plugins, lib, and a tmp directory.
Right now you have to execute Open Simp-X from the directory with netasol.cnf,
so in your opensimpx directory execute "java org.opensimpx.client.login.Login".
