My guess is this has to be handled in the firmware. It would
be cool if the box would jump to NTSC form PAL if a NTSC
format movie is played.. Or vice versa...

As most modern TVs are multistandard anyway this should not
pose much of a problem in tha area.. But again Ithink this is a
firmware issue more then it is a server one..

I assume the latest firmware takes care of this one by
allowing you to cycle through PAL, NTSC, etc. so it can
probably be closed.
