[Opensg-core] 800+ daily transactions on git repo?

	Hi all,

according to the sourceforge statistics 
(<http://sourceforge.net/projects/opensg/stats/scm?repo=GitRepository&dates=2011-09-16%20to%202011-11-16>) 
our git repo gets about 800 anonymous read only transactions each day.
Popularity is nice, but this looks more like an out of control script to 
me...
Any ideas?
