Add a new configuration parameter "outbound_proxy" which is set in the openser.cfg file using a modparam().

    Hi Phillippe,

    i'm not sure if your patch is still necessary. I compared it changes with the 1.4/ trunk version: the 'pua' part of the patch seems to be available in this module now. The structure has aparently changed, it uses now some callback functions. And the pua_usrloc part, to set the outbound_proxy, this is now also possible in the pua module.

    Would be great if you could take a look, and comment. Thanks,
