#3 Sample Playing Stats

In the load samples window, each track listed should
have a few simple stats and actions about them (mainly,
are they playing or not and a button to stop them from

Would this be better situated in a new tool window rather
than the load sample screen - normally you wouldn't be
loading samples during the middle of a mix? Working on this
assumption would also suggest that the sample properties
window should be accessible from another location..
