I am using a remote linux server which I can access through a Terminal window (Mac os X) via SSH.
In "the old days" I could start the OSS by using the start.sh an then close the Terminal window. The Server ran as long as the stop.sh was not executed.
Now I have updated to 1.5.1 and there is no stop.sh anymore. When I execute the start.sh there seems to be no Ending. The start.sh runs and runs. The OSS starts well. But when I close the Terminal Window the Server stops.
Is there any way to start the OSS 1.5.1 without stopping on the closure of the SSH Terminal window?
And by the way: Happy new year everybody!
It was a regression in OSS 1.5.1. We just fixed this in OSS 1.5.2.
You can safely take the new start.sh and stop.sh here:
(you have to create a logs directory).
And Happy New Year !
