I have used OSS (with disabled robots.txt) to crawl

http://cytoscape-publications.tumblr.com/
http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2013/01/16/bioinformatics.btt019.abstract
http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2013/01/16/bioinformatics.btt019.full.pdf+html
http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2013/01/16/bioinformatics.btt019.full.pdf

the last gives back a pdf(openAccess-> allowed to use), which is also parsed/indexed/...etc, by OSS.

Utilizing

Renderer -> Default -> View

and searching for

functional context

(term that is only used within the pdf)

gives also absolutely the entry to the pdf.

I attach a screeshot of this.

Unfortunately as you can see on the screenshot the link adress is not clickable(green not blue). Indeed it do not working.

This is a minor drawback.

I have seen that the Renderer is a flexible tool, so that the user may be able to correct this behaviour by own doing.

May be you see that in this way, may be you want to give this a fix.

greetings

    Hello melchiaros,

If you need to make the URL field clickable add the "URL Field" option for the field "url" in the renderer.

Please have a look at the attachment.
