[OpenSeaMap-develop] Reworking the openseamap-forum

Hi all,

thanks to the support of Steffen, I managed to get access to the forum as 
developer . We want to rework the existing issues. This should be done in the 
following steps:

1. Replace the actual E-Mail address (not working) with an openseamap address, 
that will be monitored and will confirm the write access in a short time.
2. Review the existing security issues while using an automatic login routine.
3. Fix them
4. Make an easy access work again
5. Fixing minor issues and translation

Are there any other issues using the forum?
