[Openseamap-maps] Breakwaters

Hello to the list!
Although I'm an OSMer since few years this is my first message here, so I
apologize if I'would be off-topic.
I used the OpenSeaMap plugin for OSMAnd and I immediately realized that the
breakwaters in front of the Livorno's harbour are not shown:

Can anybody say me if this is a mapping error or an application bug ? If
so, where can I ask support ?
