Ok, I am a little closer to figuring out what is wrong with your tile server. 'http://map.openseamap.org/' grabs the basemap tiles from ' http://osm1.wtnet.de/'. This tile server is serving up obsolete tiles! It is not the 'real' OSM tile server! Can we have a tile update please? What use is updating a map if the tiles are all out of date?
