In Figure the LifeTimePeriod is indicated to start at the StartTime. This is not in alignment with the definition of LifeTimePeriod that says "defines the duration after the measured METRIC value is not useful anymore."

Change Figure 8 to let the LifeTimePeriod start from DeterminationTime.
