The battery attribute of the MDS should also be available on VMDs since hardware modules could (potentially) have their own physical battery.

Proposal: Add 0...n Battery objects wrapped inside an Element inside of the ext:Extension of the VMD element.
Note: Could be combined with other meta-data elements from MDS.
