Currently, the definition only covers measurements (and maybe calculations). It currently reads as if settings etc. are out of scope. That was probably not what we intended and should be clarified.
Define the exact meaning for settings. Proposal: time when the setting took effect.

Another proposal: time when the setting is confirmed. The delay between the @DeterminationTime and actual effect would then be expressed by @MaxDelayTime.

Reminder (see Annex B.39): For a setting, @MaxDelayTime indicates the maximum delay between confirmation and the time when the setting actually becomes effective.

We came to the conclusion that this should be specified for each metric category separately and not as an adjunct to multiple attributes. We recommend to provide a matrix that specifies metric categories on the one axis and descriptions of different metric attributes on the other axis.
