AbstractMetricValue/@StartTime and @StopTime are useless for RealTimeSampleArrays. Thus, this should be clarified by a note.

    I agree for continous waveforms, but not for intermittent measured RTSA esp. if there is a post processing after the data was captured between start and stop time.

    Add a note that for RTSA there is usually no start and stop time, but there may be cases in which a start time is used for a purpose specific to the metric type, e.g. Area Under Curve where start time depicts the start time of calculating the area.

    Agreed on the note that @d-gregorczyk proposed. No change to model or requirements needed as RTSAs may carry a start/stop time, e.g. for ECG snippets.
