#10 Incorrect syntax generates error
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a command prompt at the folder where the packaging tool is located
2) type "osfpackagingtool" and press enter
An unfriendly error message is observed (see attached).
In this instance, I would expect to see a short help text describing the expected inputs to the tool.
