#23 segfault when defining milestone without dependency

With opensched 0.4.4, when you define a milestone but
no dependency at all for this milestone, it segfaults...

Just add
milestone foo "foo"
at the end of a .sched file, and run opensched to
reproduce it.

Adding
after foo taskid"
will then make opensched runs properly.
