Your smart card reader "ActivIdentity Activkey Sim" works fine.
But the smart card "Safran Morpho YpsID S3" inside the reader is not
supported by OpenSC.

You can try to find the equivalent of "MiddleWare Morpho v7.0.1" for GNU/Linux.
Maybe Morpho provides it.
